- Messages may include Board meeting reminders, maintenance notices, emergency alerts, hurricane updates, community announcements, property access information, and document notifications.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent is not required as a condition of ownership, residency, or use of Association services.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except vendors and service providers who assist with delivering SMS communications.
