Port au Villa, Inc. operates a one-way informational SMS program for the owners, residents, and tenants of Port au Villa, a 56-unit cooperative association in Naples, Florida.

Messages are used solely for Association operations and may include Board meeting reminders, maintenance notifications, water shutoff notices, emergency alerts, hurricane updates, community announcements, document availability notices, and property access information. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

You may opt in by submitting the SMS Consent form on this website or by enabling text alerts in your Owners' Portal profile. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of ownership, residency, membership, purchase, or use of any Association service.

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a small number of messages per month, and more during emergencies such as hurricanes or utility interruptions.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also update your notification preferences through the Owners' Portal.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
