Port au Villa is a cooperative association in the heart of the Moorings neighborhood of Naples, Florida. Our 56 units sit on a peaceful stretch of land between Moorings Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, giving every owner an intimate connection to the water.

The community was designed around the water: a bayside pool and deck, a poolside chickee hut, fourteen boat slips across seven owner-only docks, and private beach access at Moorings Beach Private Park just across the street.

Beyond the amenities, Port au Villa is a real neighborhood. Owners gather at the pool, share meals at the grill, spot dolphin and manatee at dusk, and enjoy an easy walk into historic downtown Naples for dinner and shopping on Fifth Avenue South.
